Return/Refund Policy

We don't do returns or refunds for factors not due to our error (i.e. buyer’s remorse, wrong sizes, wrong or inexact addresses.)

Items must meet the following criteria to be returnable:

  • Items are defected or an incorrect order is received.
  • Items are in brand new condition (no worn or damaged items, or products missing parts not due to our error). 
  • Items were delivered 14 days prior to return claim date. 

To be eligible for a return, photo proof must be provided. Your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. They must also be in the original packaging.

No refunds unless items received by customer are defected or incorrect. 

First, please email us at with your order number and pictures of the items you’d like to return. We will decide if a return is applicable. 

If such is the case, the customer must return the products back within 14 days of the delivery date. We will inspect and evaluate the products. If approved, then a refund will be processed and the customer will be refunded to the method of payment used.

We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items returned after this 2-week window.
