Shipping

PRODUCTION
We are working with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders for all apparel products. All apparel are done in a made to order process so give some time for production and shipping. 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped (usually within 5-7 business days.) 
Shipments may be delayed by a few days when we experience a high volume of orders, so please anticipate a little more time in transit. 

SHIPMENT & MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Orders with various products (i.e. apparel, stickers, keychains) may come in separate packages so don't be alarmed if some items are missing in a package. They will get to you but in separate shipments.
 
- Why is that? -

All apparel and stickers are being made and shipped by our fulfillment partner. They ship some products separately due to packaging differences and production times. Keychains are being shipped by us at Neoh Dynasty. We value our customers and want to get you your products ASAP.

Please check to see that all of the items in your order are shipped before filing a missing package claim. You will get shipping and delivery emails for each shipment.
 
DAMAGED & LOST PACKAGES
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost in transit. 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. If you believe we shipped a defective product, email us at neohdynasty.official@gmail.com. Please be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods prior to filing a claim. 

If your order was marked "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier listed with your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost items.
